- Candidates are responsible for safeguarding their Student Login Portal credentials and must keep them strictly confidential. Any loss, suspected misuse, or unauthorized use of login details must be reported immediately to Aviation Jee. Until such a report is made, the candidate will bear full responsibility for any damages or costs incurred.
- The Aviation Jee registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including rescheduling or cancellation of the exam due to natural calamities.
- Candidates must ensure that all details—such as the student’s name, father’s name, and other personal information—are exactly as they appear on the Class X marksheet, Class XII marksheet, or official ID proof.
- Avation Jee reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission or cancel registration if any false, misleading, or incomplete information is found in the application form.
- It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularly review the official Avation Jee website and communicate with the support team to stay updated with all applicable terms and policies.
- The Avation Jee admission counselling fee will be adjusted against the college fee. Once a seat is locked in an institution, no claims for a refund of the admission counselling fee will be entertained. The counselling fee is non-refundable.
- All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
